To file by email, send all court documents to filing@aguacalientetribalcourt.gov.
Documents must be in PDF format with the case number and document name in the subject line.
Once received, the Court Clerk will send you a written confirmation of the date and time of recorded receipt.
Any required filing fees must be submitted to the Court prior to the documents being recorded as filed.
Cash, credit or debit card, money order, cashier's check or business checks are accepted and must be made payable to Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal Court. Payments can be made in person, by mail or by going to Payments on this website.
